David Shires co-founder of Net-Link Systems, West Michigan's first Internet service provider (ISP), and a Senior Vice President with Voyager.net, Michigan's first Public ISP has joined with Tom Repp to create a new company called Market Pipeline. David has extensive experience in Internet operations and will be responsible for the operations and project management at Market Pipeline. David will also be responsible for technology reviews and will help deploy technologies that will help West Michigan companies use the Web to grow their businesses. Tom Repp will focus on the sales and marketing duties at Market Pipeline. Tom is also responsible for developing successful Web strategies for West Michigan businesses.
